an unexpected problem..

We have 2 requests for private parties where our contact information is not working.  This is a huge disappointment to me because I  believe that how communication is handled in a reflection on the attitude and abilities of an organization.

So, our updated approach is to ask for both a phone # (and repeat it back to you for accuracy) and an email (and repeat it back to you for accuracy).  This should eliminate the problem.

In the mean time, if you read this and have not heard back from us --- I really hope you will give us another call or email and more importantly -- a chance to make good on your request for more information on a private party.
