Eggs Finigan

Today we served a new egg dish -- our chef's creation, a variation on the classic egg's Benedict.  

Eggs Finigan:

Served on our Spinach Parmesan Bread, the eggs are poached and placed on a rasher (Irish bacon), the sauce is a hollandaise with roasted tomato chopped into it. 

Over a dozen of our customers tried the dish today and the feedback was WOW !
