Local Organic Eggs & Honey

Sally Toscano stopped into the shop in December and asked if we wanted to try her honey;X made by bees kept at her place on Plainsboro Rd.  (Ask her about the various pollens -- sunflowers are one I recall).  

We said yes, definitively!  It is a big hit and we are on our 4th order with Sally.  

Upon one of her return visits to deliver honey, Sally asked about our organic egg need.  She has laying hens out there too.  We use more than she can provide each week, however we are taking a number of dozen each week.  They are huge & wow -- are they fresh.  It is such a great way to work - local businesses working together to provide the best to all the locals. 

Any other local purveyors out there who want to provide basic ingredients to the BR -- please call or stop by.. it is "our thing" &, as our customers tell us regularly, it makes a difference.
