Again, where has this week gone --

Wednesday night, intention to blog daily & energy to blog when I do.  We are having a middling April as best we can tell.  Still not getting the weekday breakfast crowd to give us a try -- check out the new website pics.  They are right from our kitchen & the breakfast dish is our timbale of scrambled eggs.  This is a fine dish for a weekday breakfast  Simply excellent scrambled eggs with toast & coffee (bottomless cup) -- $5.50, I think it's a good value.  would love your views.

Lunch is an up and down affair with such a great crowd of regular visitors & so many who bring new friends.  It is great.  And now that the Star Ledger has given us the distinction as a next trend in restaurants -- romance @ lunch. 

We are still working 7 days a week as the owners of this little biz.  And with spring upon us and summer coming along  there is much new that needs to be explored - what vege farms are we going to partner with?  Can we use really local spinach grown here in Cranbury?  

What about the string of holidays coming along -- Earth Day - what to do if anything; Arbor Day - ditto, Mother's Day - special meals, special ???, and for the big Memorial Day parade day - will we set up a bit outside?

Lot's to do and we are thrilled to have a number of really great staff working with us.

Next up -- Taste of the Nation- come along on Monday and sample our quiche, s'more cheesecake & baguette with tapanade.
