What's going on in there?? When will it be ready??

These are the questions of the week.  And of last week, although most folks asked about my trip first (thank you!)

The interior work progresses.  Air conditioning and new area heating, ventilation and lighting are all in the process of being installed and completed.

The kitchen equipment, starting with the oven hoods and the required fire suppress systems are on order and being fabricated as I write this.  The time line for all equipment arrival and set up is still a bit fuzzy --- so if you have yet to enter the opening day contest, you may want to do that this week -- we will likely be announcing our grand opening date soon and the challenge of the contest will be greatly reduced!
