All the electrics, much of the plumbing and the new air conditioning are through the first round of inspections. It's going very smoothly.
We're opening up one room and that created the need for new flooring, so a beautiful hardwood floor was laid this week and it looks spectacular.
The team has removed the full dumpster and although there is need for 1 more, it will not be back in place until after the Memorial Day weekend festivities.
If you are in town for the parade, stop by.... or at least take a look at the new signage -- we are likely to announce our planned Grand Opening Date (if all goes well with today's construction meeting!)
