Addition foundation complete in 1 day

Saturday, 15th March  saw 15 masons working at the Blue Rooster.  Professionals all, they started with a firm footing and a tall pile of block.  At the end of the day, they had completed the full foundation for our addition - that's the kitchen of the bakery and cafe.  

What an amazing testimony to the power of a strong team doing the work they know best.  Mike Toth led the charge and knows what it takes to do the right job to satisfy the needs of the project.

Get Ready for the GROUND BREAKING!!!!

I can't imagine that many of you are quite as excited as Bob and I -- we are very close to breaking ground for the new bakery addition at 17 North Main Street. This is the key to our being able to answer the question we are asked so often, "When are you opening?"

So, keep your eyes pealed, we will have an ground breaking coffee event in the coming weeks! We hope you'll plan to be there!
